Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of NewWorks Watertown Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

NewWorks Watertown Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub trimming. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or property if we determine that the work poses an unreasonable safety risk or is beyond the scope of our capabilities.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen circumstances arise during the job.

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that we have clear access to the work area. This includes moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other obstacles. You must also inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden hazards on your property.

If permits are required for the work, you are responsible for obtaining them unless we have agreed in writing to handle permits on your behalf. You must also ensure that any pets are secured during our work.

Liability and Insurance

NewWorks Watertown Tree Services carries full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden hazards that were not disclosed to us prior to starting work.

We take every precaution to protect your property during our work. However, tree work is unpredictable by nature, and we cannot guarantee that no damage will occur. In the unlikely event that damage does occur, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of completion and we will work to make it right. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by subsequent storms, disease, or other factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewWorks Watertown Tree Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
